EvolutionChair.com accepts online orders from anywhere in Canada & United States. For orders outside these areas please contact us directly .
Orders placed after 12pm PST Monday to Friday are shipped the next business day (holidays excluded).
Standard Shipping is 5- 10 business days with the costs calculated at check out.
Shipping can be tracked from the link sent in the order confirmation email at the time of order.
All orders and receipts can be viewed at www.EvolutionChair.com. Please use your email and password created when you ordered or registered on the EvolutionChair.com website.
All Evolution Chair products come with a 1 year warranty on all parts. For products past warranty, replacement parts can be purchased through our online store.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with full refund (excluding shipping cost).
Please contact our customer service department by filling out the Customer Enquiry Form or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our representatives will contact you to assist you with any returns, warranty or replacement parts. Please do not ship any returns without pre-authorization, which will include a designated return address. Unfortunately we can not accept any returns without pre-authorization to the correct shipping address.
